Who we are
Bayyt makes furniture, lighting and home accessories to order. This policy explains how we handle personal data on https://bayyt.net. You can contact us about it at info@bayyt.net.
What we collect
If you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our account provider; we never see your password), and, if you add them, your phone number, delivery city or area, and the pieces in your quote bag. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send us.
Why we use it
To let you sign in, to keep your quote bag and details on any device, to prepare quotes, and to contact you about your requests and orders. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Account data is stored with our account provider, Supabase, on secure servers. Your quote bag is also kept in your own browser. Quote requests you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data until you delete your account or ask us to remove it. Messages about orders may be kept as long as needed for our records.
Your rights
You can see and update your details on your account page at any time. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email info@bayyt.net and we will do so promptly.
